The Cerebral Palsy (Spastic) Children’s Association of Penang

The Cerebral Palsy Children’s Association of Penang is a non-profit organisation providing therapy and special educational services to children with cerebral palsy in and around the state of Penang. The association was born in august 1962 as a result of actions taken by concerned members of Penang Rotary Club who were also responsible for the initial functioning and organisation of the centre.

VISION
To establish The Cerebral Palsy Children’s Association of Penang as a centre of excellence in the state and later to cater for the needs of cerebral palsy in Northern Malaysia and then for the rest of the country which requires our assistance.
 
 
MISSION
To harness all available qualified personnel locally and internationally so as to provide the best habilitation services and special education for our children in order that they can be integrated speedily into the community.
